Prior to placing a telephone call
to SOC Robotics consider our general guidelines:
- If applicable, have your computer up and
running with an Amber or P1 processor running an
application.
- Have a multi-meter or Oscilloscope handy
if possible.
- Have an e-mail connection available (if
you have another phone line) so we can send you files or
links to different resources on our website.
- Review the Self help if appropriate.
Our technical support team is
available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific
Standard Time, Monday through Friday at (604) 628-7227.
Our goal is to answer your questions quickly, efficiently and
correctly so you can proceed with your project and we can answer
the next customer's question. Please note that technical support
phone calls are limited to 20 minutes each.
