Information Collection

SOC Robotics, Inc. (SOC) cares about your right to privacy. This policy explains how we intend to handle any personally identifying information you give us online. It does not apply to personally identifying information that we may collect offline. Personally identifying information is information that enables us to identify you, for example, your e-mail address, name, home phone number, etc.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: type of computer system and hardware; intended use for our products; and how you heard about us. We collect demographic data in order to develop better products tailored to our customers.

We collect this information through various online forms. When purchasing SOC Robotics products, personal information and credit card information is necessary to conduct the transaction. The information is collected voluntarily. Personal information such as your name, address and email information is necessary to access our download areas. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable SOC Robotics, Inc. to track usage patterns and to deliver customized content to users. Our cookies are set to expire at the end of a session - that is, as soon as you are done with your transaction.

Information Usage

The information collected by SOC Machines will be used for statistical data. Information collected in the purchase of our products, such as credit card information, will be sent securely to credit card processing provider, to process credit card transactions. Users who provide information will access to our download areas and have the option to receive future e-mails from us.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources. We may share data with credit card processing provider. This third party will use the information to process credit card transactions. Credit card numbers are used solely for the purpose of the transaction and are not stored in any database.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

SOC Robotics reserves the right to make modifications to this policy.

Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find.
